Sensible Consulting’s approach to the
provision of services is a simple one. The
best predictor of future behavior is past
behavior. For this reason, all consultants
referred through Sensible Consulting are
known to the principals or current
consultants. We will never interview and
hire candidates “off the streets”. We will
only place consultants who are referred by a
trusted colleague. By remaining true to this
proven tenet for our business partners, we
effectively choose the right candidates for
our clients.
When placed in
your organization, our consultants will
quickly assess your current operations and
work with on-site management to develop a
plan of action that addresses each clients
objective for the consulting period. Next,
our interim professionals will work with a
Sensible Consulting executive to provide
solutions for the identified issues. The
recommendations may range from simple to
complex. After our interim professionals
provide assessments and recommendations,
they also take responsibility for
implementing their recommendations. Each
consultant prepares weekly updates of their
progress toward the client’s objectives, and
these are reviewed with a principal before
being forwarded to the client.
